The Crimson Court DLC adds a new unique disease known as the Crimson Curse. A hero can have at most 3 diseases at once if they acquire a new one, it will replace an old disease picked at random.Ħ0% chance to interact with "Food" curios (steals loot) You can only get diseases at the end of a dungeon if the hero's Resolve Level is at least 2. The chance of contracting a disease at the end of a dungeon is 32% - (33% * Disease Resist), with a minimum of at least 5%. Additionally, the Flagellant can cure one of his own diseases with one of his camping skills. They can be cured in the Sanitarium for some gold (where there is a chance of multiple diseases being cured at once depending on upgrade level) or by using the camping skills from the Grave Robber or the Plague Doctor (which will cure all the diseases on the targeted hero). However some diseases also carry a positive buff, namely Rabies, which grants +15% DMG but -10 ACC The Fits, which grants +3 SPD but -5 ACC and -5% CRIT and Grey Rot, which grants +20% Max HP but -10 ACC and -10% DMG.ĭiseases last until removed. Most diseases are only harmful, giving significant penalties to any of a hero's stats, particularly Resists, MAX HP, and ACC. Or use the shovel if you'd like to give a hero +100 stress.Diseases are negative conditions functionally similar to Quirks, that are sometimes contracted by heroes from enemy attacks, curios, traps, and occasionally at the end of a dungeon. +20% DMG buff until next camp Barnacle crusted chest Your hero receives a +30% DMG buff until next camp! You find gold or gems x2 or receive +100 light! The curios list is still here, but the interactive features and effects are gone!

Unfortunatlely, the interactive curios sheet that was available on this page (and on the trinkets page) broke down by changing the new website design.
